Same issue. Tried doing the cheap fixes first. Gas cap, then couple hundred miles later, would appear, then did the O2 sensors one at a time. Thought it was fixed but code would show up again. Finally did the cats :( Worked. haha

Still for sale? By any chance, do you have the part number? I want to see if it'll fit in my 03.

Does the 2016 TRD Pro's exhibit that clunk people complained about in the 2015 TRD Pro's in colder temps?

Get rid of the Bilstein 5100's and put a Daystar spacer would be your best bet.

Not in your area but I have this setup. As others have said, the upgrade stiffens up the suspension a notch better than stock, while providing the nice leveling. Not to mention, its a cheap upgrade.

To clarify, when I started to get these codes, I tried the suggested comments on here with resetting using the obii scanner and replacing the gas cap since it was a cheap fix. Although it seemed to work, I couldn't tell as the code would pop up every 200-350 miles. Then, after a year or so...

Since replacing the all the O2 sensors and both cats, I have not had an issue. If you live in a state that doesn't require emissions, I wouldn't of bothered to fix it.

I reset the codes, drove it around for 50 or so miles and went in for a inspection. They knew I reset it and asked me to come back in 7 days. haha. Anyway, I had the same problems. First, replaced the O2, then had to replace the Cats.
