Hey all im having trouble with getting my fog lights to work on my 99 4runner SR5. I checked and replaced the fuses and they still aren't working. Havent worked since i bought them and was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!

Anyone have any advice for the rust on the bottom? Im not the most experienced with cars and would like to do something to make it cleaner looking underneath so its not all rust. Thanks!

Thanks! Only main work is rust on the frame but no rot so its pretty clean for a 99 in the NorthEast haha
