RCI Metalworks - TRD Skid Integration Plate Installed!

Bought only the RCI TRD Integration Skid and installed today. Had same issue as someone else here. The skid made contact with the front diff. It seems to me like it should come with two 3/8" spacers (which it does) and four 1/4" spacers. I ended up using two 3/8" spacers upfront and the two...

New TRD Pro - Need mild lift options

I don't think there is any question as to what the front suspension is. There are 2 height settings and most ship with the driver on the lower and the passenger on the upper to even the 'lean' out. If you want to raise the the front to comp for weight look at the different Toytec spacers that...

    K9 Roof Rack install 2016 5th Gen

Cool, sounds good. I spoke to Paul as well, if I go K9 I'll be getting the 2.2 so hopefully it won't have the issue you did based on his install advice.

    K9 Roof Rack install 2016 5th Gen

I read the original post and skimmed through the rest. I was just considering the purchase of this rack for similar reasons. I have a few questions, did you buy it from Equipt1? If so have you tried talking to them. I'm fairly certain the owner of Equipt1 drives the silver 5th gen 4Runner...

    4runner TRD Pro

The last word on the lower spring perch on the passenger side??? This is straight from Toyota, not a dealer. I'm still tempted to raise the passenger side, get the Toytec 3/4" lift and then an alignment and see how it sits. "Dear Mr. T--------, Thank you for replying to our email. We...

    4runner TRD Pro

I e-mailed Toyota NA about the spring perches here is what they sent me, names redacted: "Dear Mr. --------, Thank you for contacting Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. We appreciate your inquiry on the TRD Bilstein® on the 2015 4Runner TRD Pro and regret that we are unable to answer your...

    4runner TRD Pro

Couldn't help myself, I went and got a 2 day pass ($15) at the TIS site techinfo.toyota.com. There are 2 documents that reference the TRD PRO suspension. One is a TSB about trimming the bumper (T-SB-0009-15: '15 4Runner: TRD Pro Bumper/Fender Interference) and the other is an Accessory...

    4runner TRD Pro

Same here had to check and I checked last night. Drivers side is on the higher setting (you can see the lower groove exposed). Passenger side is on the lower setting (no lower groove exposed). Seems strange but seems level. I might ask the dealer about it, but I'm sure I will get a dog and...

    4runner TRD Pro

Heh, I saw this, I actually know they guys at that body shop, they do excellent work. Great guys too. It is being painted matte avus blue, or something like that, not a Toyota color, I believe it's a BMW color. I saw it painted before the doors were back on looked cool, but definitely a...

    Pelfreybilt 2014 4Runner Build

Is the hidden winch mount completely bolt-on, except for cutting the hole in the bumper cover? Do you have more detailed photos of the installation process? I noticed on your site that you list it as an SR5 part, has anyone tried installation on a Pro? I'm guessing it is almost the same...

You win the dirty Pro award. Careful jumping it, but that said nice work. I can't afford jumping mine.

Let's get more dirty PRO's in this thread. I hit up Berdoo Canyon in Joshua Tree NP on Sunday: So far I've managed to get out to the Sierra Pelona Trail and Berdoo Canyon. Hoping to see more dirt soon! Love my 4Runner!

Saw my first TRD PRO 4Runner other than mine. Black one heading east on the 210 in Pasadena, CA last Friday. Anyways I've only seen 2 mine and this one.

Don't sweat the trim job. I didn't even know about until I read about it here, I would have never noticed it. They did as good a job as could be done short of respraying the edge. Honestly it's in an area you will not see and I doubt it will chip, besides, you're going off-roading, right? ;-)
