Yeah - the dealership is the one who told me I needed to replace the ECU. I'll have a look at this junction box. Thanks for the tips. I'll keep you posted

After about a year of dealing with a defective ECU that refuses to lock my car doors - I've finally ordered a repalcement ECU. The question I have is, do i have any other options other then having the dealership reprogram the ECU to accept the keys that I have? Or can i program them myself? TIA

Yea i can take some pictures here in the next few days, i didn't do my climate control lights because I have the automatic ac tho. But I did basicly everything else. I'll try to get that for you in the next week or so.

lol, mine cracked in Oct '06 too, sure was a bitch to get everything to work again after that. 164k running smooth now tho.

I have a 2000 and it has a lights, in fact its blue cuz i replaced it :D. Its pretty easy to check, I think.
