Just used Seafoam in my 2007 V6 4Runner and think the results were consistent with the car's history. It has just shy of 74,000 miles on it and the previous owner drove it like a grandma and had it serviced very regularly. After adding about 1/2 can to the gas tank, 1/2 can to the oil/crankcase...

ps...now it's time to go get some mud on the rig! Going camping later today and hoping for a little off road shenanigans. I have so many ideas of what I'd like to modify next, but don't know where to start. And my budget is super tight right now :-(

Went with the Rugged Terrains! Decided to go with the 265/65R17 BFG Rugged Terrains. Thanks for everyone's input. I got them mounted a few days ago and already they feel much better than my previous tires and are much quieter too.

Thanks so much to everyone for all the suggestions!! I have researched all these different tires ad nauseum now and have decided to go with the BFG Rugged Terrains. They offer more than enough tread, have the nice warranty with them and I can get them for the lowest price of all the options...
