Sure, ordered from Wheelers fronts are 4R5100, rears are BIL BE5-D558-TO. Wheelers shows two 5100's to fit. One is 0-2 lift, the second, which I chose, and which is a little less expensive, is the 1.5 - 3" lift.

Just installed OME 880/906 with Bilstein 5100's all around on my 2000 Limited 4wd. Went from 20" to 21.5 in the front and 20 to 22.5 in rear (expect to lose .5 when settled) perfect for me, about a 1/2 in rake.
But what I thought most note worthy is the ride. I almost passed on the OME springs...
