My 02 4 runner build start

Biggest wheel and tire for a 3in lift

Can anyone help a Newbie with some lift questions I just picked up an 02 4x4 I want to lift it 3 inches Which kit is the best out there for under $1K??? I've already bought a set of new wheels/Tires for it 265/75/16 PLEASE Help....
