When I had my alignment done it took a long time too. They figured out it was one front wheel was set back farther than the other one. They should be able to figure it out.

I recently replaced the rear wiper blade on my 01. The only direct replacement I could find was from the dealer @ a cost of $9.00. It is the complete assembly and requires removing two screws. It was a simple replacement and easier than trying to replace just the blade.
