I've purchased a lot of different vehicles over the years. My Limited is my first Toyota. I love the way it rides and drives. I knew from my first test drive that this was what I wanted. I traded a brand new Honda Pilot for the Limited because the Pilot was burning a quart of oil every 1k miles...

I had a speeding ticket on my record for 2 years and never had an issue until my insurance company got involved in a wreck that was not my fault. Go figure.

Uh, so what are you trying to say? They are checking everyday? I don't think so... I am sure at some point they check but it is automatic when you get your insurance involved. I would never get my insurance involved if it was not my fault etc... Just gives them an excuse to start digging etc...

My bodyshop guy has been in the biz for over 30 years and he is an ass to deal with. Insurance adjusters know better than to try and get him to go with aftermarket parts etc...

If you get your insurance involved, the first thing they will do is check your driving record. If they find any violations, they will most certainly raise your rates etc....
