Sounds like a classic scam.

It's the plastic/poly rear bumper. Toyota calls it a "bumper cover".

My neice needs a rear bumper cover in great shape for her 2006 SR5. Anyone have one for sale? I could pick it up in VA or NC, or pay for shipping. Bonus points if it's IE9 color (Galactic Gray Mica).
