Sorry to hear and see that, Linh. But glad that you are alright. Try to get them totaled it because it seems too much damaged. If you happen to get it fixed, use the "Loss of Value" law to make them pay for it because even though you get it fixed, your 4Runner will NEVER be the same as before.

I have 02 sport (bought it new), no sagging yet. The shifter does wiggle little, not much. I also noticed the hood vibrating at high speed or strong wind (I have the toyota hood protector). So I guess the stuffs you mentioned are normal except sagging.
