I'm sure that the crankshaft bolt isn't supposed to be reused. I had a 98 Tacoma V6 and it stated not to reuse that bolt in the Timing belt change procedure.

Before you install the new skid plate do yourself a favor and buy a 10m x 1.25 tap and run it through the holes. It will make the install easier.

Trd pro skid plate I installed on of the trd skid plates on my FJ Cruiser. When installing the bolts they would stick and bind. I solved the problem by buying a 10 x 1.25 tap and running it through the holes then I could finger tighten them. Toyota has a habit of leaving some of the frame holes...
