I sprayed that hose/line with carb cleaner. All vacuum lines were soaked and no difference in idle. Is there any other way to check that?

P0171 2000 t4r 3.4 rough idle, losing power, no vacuum leak, gas mileage is quickly dropping. I don't know how to post pictures of data. This is what it read Calc Load ECT STFT B1 LTFT B1 Eng RPM 22.7 % 189 (°F -08 % 258 % 713 Stft was -0.8 Ltft was -25.8 WTH is wrong?
