It's not an issue, per se. It's just how the 4runner break pedal operates. Yes, it's weird that depressing the break makes noise, but my TRDP does the same thing and my Land Cruiser did it, to a lesser degree.

Already answered that above. The TRD Pro is ahead of a 100 series in ride and handling. Can't speak to the 200 series, but I'm sure it's an improvement over the hundy.
