    Front Diff Wheel of Fortune

That’s a great call. I did have the suspension hanging at full drop. I will try again with the LCA supported. Thanks for the suggestion.

    Front Diff Wheel of Fortune

Anyone else’s driver side CV-Diff sound like this? - YouTube This was: -Wheel/Tire off, front end on jack stands -phone ~2inches away from diff (sound is much fainter otherwise) -stethoscope was loudest right where the CV enters the diff. Wheel bearing was quiet. -I can’t hear it at all when...

    Squeaky Fox Shocks

I have a '21 with the Fox Shocks. The front driver's side has squeaked/creaked on and off for the last 10k miles. I took the shock completely off and lubed everything in sight with lithium grease. Still squeaks occasionally. I'm convinced it's something internal to the shock at this point. I...

    Need help draining coolant

On my 2021 there isn’t even a bolt at the driver’s side engine block drain location, just an empty hole. Looks like they went from valve, to bolt, to completely sealing it off. I’m wondering the best way to get those last few quarts of coolant out … lower radiator hose?

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Fridge Got the dual battery and fridge in last week. Been running it nonstop for about 8 days, and my 15 min commute each way plus normal driving around town is keeping the battery topped off. Battery, redarc 1225d, and fuse block all fit packed into the back corner under the fridge. Put the...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Tried to prepare it for the first winter in Ohio. Went through 15 cans of CRC, hit just about everything on the belly, and pulled off the bumpers to get as much sheet metal as I could. If you’re undercoating DIY, highly recommend those 360 sprayer wands - they are huge for hitting the inside of...

    Eibach TRD Pro Lift Installed

It’s tough to say without calculating the actual weight added above stock. I’ve got goose gear drawers, tools, Gobi rack, and recovery gear that adds ~240 lbs. So I went with the 250 lbs/inch (middle of the road) spring. That’s just one data point, but you obviously have a lot more weight than...

    Eibach TRD Pro Lift Installed

I have this setup. The Pro front springs and the load leveling system in the back. I installed a hidden winch (~80-90 lbs total) and the handling sucked. The pro springs stiffened up the front again, and I still got most of the advertised lift out of it (~1.3 inches I think). I asked Eibach...

If they are TRD wheels I’d be interested

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I switched from the TRD Pro exhaust to the Magnaflow. Still drones a bit, but in my opinion it’s much more tolerable and I like the sound better through the RPM range. (For whatever that’s worth … I know exhaust noise is all personal preference) The “high clearance tip” is more of a gimmick, you...

Loving the look of the new Baja Boss A/T's

Of course I gotta ask: all the standard stuff was needed to clear these bad boys? BMC, pinch weld, UCAs …

Eibach needs a stock TRD PRO in SoCal

2021. I’ve got the new shock, and also had zero noise before I put these springs on.

Eibach needs a stock TRD PRO in SoCal

Any folks experiencing new suspension noises after installing these springs? I have a clicking/clunking noise that I can’t figure out. It’s coming from the front end - only during significant compression/up travel. (Big dips in road will cause it, speed bumps/pot holes do not). I can really...
