Mike, I had a bad TPS from a 2003 3.4L Tundra that uses the same throttle assembly. Followed your post, cleaned the 4 pin TPS, reassembled, and it seems to work fine now. The only thing I had to do different was to use RTV to reseal the lid. Thanks for that post.
