I see you're in Maryland. If you are heading to Expo east next weekend stop by the Lightforce Booth and I'll be more than happy to walk you through what we did.
I have a very similar setup except with a RedArc Manager 30 and a 100amp/hr battery from Relion. This setup looks exactly like we have setup in my truck. Make sure to fuse the inputs on the Renogy charger.
I currently have extended travel in the rear. Im going to move up to a Long Travel 3.0 shock in the rear when I get a chance. It requires new links, pan bar, extended brake lines, new longer shocks and maybe a limit strap.
When speaking of Fiberglass fenders you take the whole stock metal panel off and replace it with a new fiberglass one like I did from McQueen and bolt it up. The flare allows the wheel to travel up into the fender more where the stock one would have hit. Or like you said you can chop the stock...
It allows the tires to fit up and into the wheel well better without having to chop your existing ones. Yes according to the law at least in PA where I am you have to have your fenders covering your tire completely.
Ive had my kit on for over 11k miles now and I have no complaints.
Scott left the dealership a long time ago to go full time on his current business. If you're gonna stir shit up at least know what you're talking about.
Its a switch back like a lot of newer cars. The DRL turns off and it turns into a Yellow/Orange on-off or sequential turn signal. When you're done signaling it turns back to a DRL.
Reach out to Chris Hefty at Hefty Fabworks. He makes much better Aluminum bumpers than CBI does... He might be able to help you out with that quick turnaround too.
Check to make sure there is grease in your CV Joint. Ends up that I didnt have it done in mine properly and it developed two days ago after 10k miles. Just a thought....
