I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to say thanks for the detailed instructions. I added the speedohealer on my 2008 4Runner and it worked great for my 285/75R16 tires.
I dove a 2007 Tacoma for 14 years before I got the 4Runner. On the Tacoma I used the Hypertech inline speedometer...
