about to pull a trigger on new 09 4Runner, quick question

ok. I found a v8 4wd 4runner Sport Edition. Car is brand new but has 140 miles on it. Dealer is willing to let it go for $32900 . What do you guys think, good deal, especially since v8s are hard to come by ?
