part numbers for S13WE 199mm caliper rebuild kit?

Here's my starting point: Rotors: 43512-0C011 Pads: 04465-0C012 Rebuild Kit: 04479-0C020 Anti-Squeal: 04945-04012 I'll pull a set of S13WE199 calipers off a junked ride and rebuild them, so I don't need the parts numbers there.

Helpful But Missing An Important Piece! Good post, but I'd like to just rebuild some OEM WE199 calipers pulled from a junkyard ride. BUT I'm struggling to find the right part number for the caliper rebuild kit. Any ideas?
