I'm sorry but I'm new to this forum talk. I just saw your post that you found your problem. Glad it was that simple. I've been a Lexus/Toyota tech for 17 years and have seen several vehicles towed in for that exact reason.

Sounds like your timing is correct if it ran for 5 minutes. Your problem may be your accy belt rubbed against your camshaft position sensor and cut the wire. Take a close look at that.
