Mine didn't come with TPS. Maybe wheels were replaced, maybe there is no sensor, just same looking valve.

I know Matrix also exists as a Pontiac. Maybe it's not Toyota, but subcontracted by other manufacturer. Like Geo was Corolla and stuff... Maybe only higher end models have this.

Schematics is a must for the second step, but try this first if you haven't yet: Disconnect EVERY wire harness connector that was under water and look with a magnifying glass at EACH wire in harnesses connector. Especially the big ones. I believe you will find your culprit there.

Fair enough. There seems to be a consensus that 1" of water in a cabin is your own fault and not a design flaw I rest my case. No more posts.

Curious, was this ever resolved? Sounds to me like some wire short or relay is engaged and keeps nonessential part active. Or ghosts... maybe try holly water :pray2:

I like my 4Runner, it is fixed, and I know what went wrong with the system. This ECM burnout problem will happen any time water enters cabin. 03-09 all affected. GX470 is affected too.
