Hi, new here and trying to find an answer to the following thought this may be a good thread: I have a 05 GX470 with P0016 and intermittent rough idle: If the belt slips (05 GX470) would I not only get a 0016 but a 0018 as well? Shouldnt the rough idle be constant as opposed to intermittent...

If the timing belt slipped a tooth, wouldn't you experience Both a 0016 AND 0018 including a constant rough idle? My idle is intermittently rough. Thanks!!
