Took the plenum back off and check everything. All vacuum is routed correctly. All electrical I connected. Had a rip in the gasket. Replaced it. Still got nothing. Starting to wonder about fuel pressure regulator. Gets fuel but doesn't hold pressure. Gonna check for any leaks in the lines shortly

The problem with just disconnecting the box is that the buzzer and dome light are tied together thru the buzzer box. I went a couple years in my last 4runner before I figured that out. In the end I dont want any buzzer. Right now it only works when I have the key in and the door open.

Check your injector grounds. they are connected to a intake/plenum bolts. just went thru that putting mine back together.
