I know that there's a solenoid under the dash near the ignition that isn't connected. I connected it when I discovered it after buying the truck and my key wouldn't come out I think so I just disconnected it again haha could that be it? Or a completely different solenoid?

Well my tires aren't loud and I can't really say I've had a big issue with road noise to begin with so honestly, at this point, it's hard to tell. I've heard that the doors make the biggest impact so maybe after I do those I'll notice a bigger difference.

While the carpet was out I decided to go ahead and take advantage and put some Kilmat down before I installed the new carpet. The new carpet from Stock Interiors was molded but not cut at all so that was the most difficult part. Overall it went well. It's not perfect but much better than that...

Purchased the set and it worked perfectly except after the drain plug is out you need a vice to get the extractor separated again haha overall seems to be a good set to have on hand!

If it bothers me too much I'm confident that I can do it again when I get some 056 color matched paint

Couldn't get a hold of enough 056 so went with a generic white for now so I could keep the hood on without looking so crazy. Color isn't perfect but better than it was and happy with my rattle can garage paint job!

Bought an oem sport hood tonight! Now just have to paint it Natural White
