TRD Pro Roof Rack I have for sale an original TRD Pro roof rack off of my 2021 4Runner. It is in excellent shape and I have all of the mounting hardware. I am located in SoCal (Orange County) and I am asking $350.

Nice clean rig

I custom machined a tube that replaces the plastic piece at the rear of the rack. I also machined some custom caps for the front mount where the top rail used to reside. I have produced a few kits and I am thinking of selling them if there is enough interest. PM me if you are interested.

I made a kit to remove the top rail. Lower profile (I think looks better) and now things can mount further back like Recovery Boards, Cargo Boxes, ect.

I see you are in Reno. Have you used Send Cut Send before? I used them for some laser cutting. Decent price and great service. Good luck with your project.

Finally, Someone approaching this issue properly.

The outboard knob clamps the cross bar to the side rail. The inboard knob allows the cross bars to be adjusted for length (or width) since the side rails taper from front to back.
