When I start my truck up after sitting overnight and the humidity is high for the first couple of miles until the engine warms up the truck will sputter while under acceleration. After the engine is warm it runs smoothly. This only happens when the humidity is high and it is not temperature...
All hope is not lost!! My mechanic has been busy with inspections for the past two days (end of the month) and he's pretty confident it needs two new shift solenoids. I'll post back more info when I get it, but I'm so relieved to hear that I don't need a new trans!
I dont know guys, not good. After work it did nothing but slip. All the aforementioned fluids look good. I drove it to my mechanic and dropped it off. Ill let him look at it tomorrow. Im not happy right now. I hope its just something stupid.
Glad to know its not me with the dipstick. I've been told before to us Dexron III, which is what I used, however the dipstick says Dexon- II. Explanations?
