Any pics of where you ran the antenna wire out the rear hatch?

How did you run the wire inside the truck under the rear hatch? Did you tuck it under the weatherstripping and then cross over into the rear cargo area?

They are side view mirror replacements with signal light LEDs in them....there was no pic in my post. But I do not have them anymore. All gone

I wanted to see if anyone was interested in my Muth Signal Mirrors off my '03 4Runner. They will fit 2003-2006. If anyone is interested let me know.

This is a sad day for me but I might have to part with my 4Runner. With that being sad I figured I would sell the retrofits I did. All you have to do is put them in your truck and run the power and you are good to go. Here is my old thread with pics of them...

What did you make the heatshield out of?

Does it feel or sound different then the K&N FIPK? Is that hole in the front of the box there to pull in air from the front of the truck? I was curious if volant was trying to accomplish a similar goal as the deckplate mod there.

I was just looking at this install of the Volant intake and saw that the air box has a hole in the front of the box also, to those that have it, does it go right through? I guess they are trying to accomplish the same thing as I am here? Here is a link to some install pics from a previous post...

Thanks for your insight, I will see what kind of concoction I can come up with. I ordered some flexible air intake hose from jc whitney, it has a 2-5/16" inner diameter and is heat resistant. I will then work on mounting it and sealing off around the hose inside the deckplate. I will also try...

Thanks for the input. What I am gonna experiment with next is getting air intake hose and mount it in that hole and go straight to the front grill area, there is a hole where i can mount it. I will be able to isolate the outside air, not sure if the tubing will heat up and cause the air to get...

either that or I just get antsy about doing more to my truck...lol...I feel like its more the latter. I haven't done any mods to my truck in a while so had to do something...I knew about the deckplate mod done on older generation 4Runners for increase in performance so I figured what the hell...
