I was under the impression that Sports got the taller springs, not Limiteds? Or did all '99s get them? Pardon my ignorance, still learning about these trucks! Do you have a picture what yours looked like with this setup?

Just the two front springs? Are these the same as the highlander sport springs that are supposedly the tallest stock ones?

Not sure if you were still struggling with this issue, but I had the same problem and I couldn't get my 4Runner into "programming mode" My actuator in the driver door would stop moving the lock on the 3rd or 4th cycle. I ended up doing what a guy mentioned earlier in this thread by just manually...
