they are brand new, they are the cut out flares. on a 4runner the rears require no mods but on the front you have to cut back the bottom of the fenders like 1.5 inches. on a pickup you have to cut the rear also. they have never been mounted.
brand new bushwackers, set of four , pocket style paid around $700 and never used. truck is on its way to becoming a rock buggy so I don't need them. make me a reasonable offer and there yours.
