I like others don't think they will fit. I have Michelin LTX 265/75/16 tires and they are a close fit with no rubbing.

Mines rusted too I have some rust on mine also, more on the lower side pieces... I think they might be different for a limited or one with flares. Guess I got to do some homework to replace the rear piece, and the two chrome side pieces... anyone have any ideas on where to get these? Maybe the...

We are up to 192K on our '97, just put Michelin 265/75/16 tires on it last weekend that should get us over 200K.
