Looks that way to me. If you extend an imaginary line long rocker to the wheels, it looks like it would hit a bit higher on the front hub than on the rear.

See the images in my post two posts above yours. The 5100's are only adjustable up front,, and the choices are 0, .85", 1.75", and 2.5".... so to lift the rears, you need a spring spacer. the 1.75" setting up front with a 1.5" spacer in the rear left my truck with a similar rake as stock...
