    HIR Bulbs....meh

Thats good to know. All the vehicles I have owned with HIDs had a much whiter, almost blueish color stock. I have never seen any warmer HIDs in person. I'll have to check it out.

    Remove/Hide Scratches on Interior Plastic?

Be SUUUUUUPER careful if you try the heat method. Just a little bit too much heat with the heat gun and you can really mess up that interior. That being said there are some people that can make it look really good. The sharpie trick doesn't look very good imho. Probably the safest way is...

    HIR Bulbs....meh

*Cough. Baaaack in my day we didn't have light, we had sticks and rocks, and sometimes we didn't even have rocks, we just, hey who took my jellooooo? Anyway don't make me sound so old, I'm 30 and desperately clinging to my beloved halogen mistress. The wifes MDX had HIDs and I have HIDs on...

    OPT7 LED Headlight Conversion

You are right... people love them some HID. Its true. If someone offered me free OEM HIDs with the projector housings and installed them and blacked them out and gave me a back massage and 50 bucks... I'd take it. :D

    HIR Bulbs....meh

I recently installed a set of the newest Phillips HIRs. While they ARE brighter than stock... most of the reviews I read made it sound as if the light output was this insane, amazing, eyegasm of luminescence that would kill birds and small mammals that were caught in its apocalyptic beam. I...

    Wheel spacers? Yay or Nay?

Your wheels are your life. Stay away from the ebay spacers. The spidertrax are your best bet. I've heard of a few people having issues with the ebay ones. You just never know what you're really getting.

    OPT7 LED Headlight Conversion

Geez, its starting to feel like the yotatech forum in here with all the corrections. I guess its my fault for not being clear. I apologize. I can see how my post looked like I was knocking LEDs in general. I was not. Again I apologize for offending LEDs. Although its now politically correct to...

    HIR Lamps

I installed a set of these Philips HIRs on my 4th Gen... They are brighter than stock...especially the highs. But not as bright as some people have been saying. They were pretty easy to modify to fit in the housing. Just a couple seconds with the ole dremmy and they are good to go. Overall good...

    OPT7 LED Headlight Conversion

Right, I was just talking about HIDs in general though. So many people just buy the HID kits with slim ballasts and then try to retrofit housings and do it incorrectly. Or they don't even used projector housings and then they light the whole world up. I just sold an Acura MDX and it had HID low...

    OPT7 LED Headlight Conversion

Unfortunately I found the same thing. They might work ok as low beams, but the light just diffuses way too fast to ever use as highs. HIDs have their problems as well though. Unless they are installed juuuuust right and aimed juuuuust right they blind everyone.

    Smell from a/c help!!

Could be several things. As the other poster suggested, change the cabin air filter, if not done recently, or at least check it. Sometimes those filters get wet, and start to mildew. You could also have mold or mildew in your AC tubing. You might want to start her up, and spray a generous...
