So its been almost 4 years since I have signed onto these boards, but this post is very interesting. I would definately be interested in purchasing this. Sounds like it would be great for a little extra power when towing and a fun project. Still interested to hear the fuel consumption numbers...

most likely unless you run a spacer. with 16x8 and 4.5 bs wheels running 295/75/16 tires I rub the frame a little at full lock. you, with a half inch more backspacing, will probably be worse off.

I would also reccomend a coil lift over spacers. My original plan was to go with spacers to save money but I ended up going with the full coil lift from toytec (great products, prices, and cutomer service) and am happy i went the route I did. That being said, look around here and yotatech.com...
