I want to run 12 psi in my 1kzte if I buy a boost t top mount cooler and a 3" zorst. It should be safe but my mechanic told me cause the pump is electric it won't boost past standard. Been told I need to buy pump resistors can someone give me info thanks...

Can anyone tell me if I buy a boost t. And raise to the boost to 12psi will I knowtice a difference. With cooler and top mount or because it's not mechanical pump. It won't make a difference 1kzte...?
