Hey man i have a 2003 v6 and am having the same issues as you. After i put the K&N in got about 25mpg, then dropped to like 19-21, after a few months im down to idk 12-14. ive tried everything except the brakes. i'm gonna check that out next.

just my 2 cents i use h&r blocks taxcut online. keeps all my records from previous years. i just have to plug in new stuff but you can have it all dwnloaded to your online file. very secure and i file everything electronically so it direct deposits straight to my bank account. easy peasy

Ok a little update on this thread. I purchased the Bluetooth Diagnostic 327 Scannner OBDII OBD2 scantool found here on ebay. I downloaded torque for the android and i must say this app is freaking awesome. Here is a short video since i cant take pictures of my phone. Link

This dongle or this one might work along with any of these android apps or iphone app at any rate i will be looking into this to use my epic as a tool for my runner :) **this one seems to be the best Torque**

Representing SE Ohio I just want to express how much i freaking love my 4runner. I fly around town and backroads and never have a moment where I am thinking Oh sh!t. Of course I taught myself how to drive in the snow since my bday is in feb., but nonetheless. Freaking love 4runners!!

besides taking the door apart thats as far as i got. ran into money issues and paying $200 bucks wasn't logical at the time. Probably will get it done when it warms up though. i'll keep you posted.
