Hi there, Toyota has a TSB on a relay issue . Not sure if you checked this? My 2003 had a relay problem and the would work intermittently . Relay turns compressor on. I put 1 in from a corolla and worked fine for a few years.

How do you find the noise level with the SSO?

Had them for 30,000km no issues good for the East Coast wet messy weather we get.

Thanks IMD4runner! I lubed up the steering ujoint on my 2003 and it seems better. Also I flushed out the P/S oil just incase. I will order a new joint because it does look good and rusted. Thanks again Cheers Tim

Hey Guys I have just noticed the same p/s freezing problem on my 2003 4runner. It is as if it goes from manual steering to p/s steering? I have 220,000 km, no leaks system looks tight. Oil was however black and old, I am in the process of flushing new oil through the system. But still the same...

2003 Tailgate not latching There is a pin about 1 inch or so If I recall? that needs to be bent back in place It can get bent over time from wear and tear and slamming. Bend it back and away you latch will work. I will try and send a pic I am in the process of replacing my Regulator. Tip...
