There's a difference between custom and build-to-order. Which is it? If it's just BTO, forget that noise and just call your CC order and tell them the product never shipped and is not being shipped in a timely manner. Done and done.

Dirty MAF sensor? I have an Audi A4 that would do that, no codes, tech hooked VAGCOM up to it and drove it around, said all trim levels looked fine. I took it home and it was still doing it. I cleaned the MAF and problem went away. Not sure what this truck's MAF is like, but it's worth the...
