I called Toyota and got the same treatment, they acted like this is the first time they have heard of it. Got my call registered, but not holding my breath. Even though they had to have a recall for this same problem in the previous model 4runner.

I called the support line at toyota and got a case number as well.
If you have this problem CALL TOYOTA. They had a recall for the same problem on the previous model of the 4runner.
