Updated, problem solved. Had the bracket welded today. Also placed nuts on inside of bracket so when the bolts are tightened, they have something to stop against. Thanks to the members who replied for the suggestions. Now for that pesky rust....

Where did you get the rack from? I like the look. I like the nerd bars installed better. Off looks good too, but the bars add function. Nice color/wheel combo btw.
