A big hammer and cutting the carpet helps. Also prevents heat build up.

I don't really see what the problem is? Yes the coil makes noise, yes it is annoying, but nothing will break. If it bothers you that much stick some rubber inserts between the upper coils or swap them out. Personally I love the way they ride/wheel/flex and have learned to live with the noise.

Yup getting the exact same thing. Bounced the truck on a lift and it was the only thing making noise. When the ass is heavy with gear and compresses the springs I don't get it as much.
