You need to have a huge compressor to run these tools or you will constantly be waiting for the pressure to rebuild. I have a Tornador and never use it. It is cool and works pretty well but you will be limited by the compressor you use. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You say the front drive shaft was turning but no front axle? Was that by the power of the motor or were you turning the drive shaft by hand? Sounds like front diff issue to me. I think the V6 has an actuator to activate the front diff and assumed the full time 4 of the V8 does not have it...

You can simply do it in a parking lot. All you are “exercising” is the actuators and the parts connected to them. Also, I assume it’s the V6. You can put in 4h and drive around forever, you’re in awd mode. It’s only with the center diff locked that you have to worry about being on dry pavement...

I just replaced the lines and the 4 short hoses with two longer hoses. I needed 2 4’ish sections of hose and used zip ties to keep them in place. I was going to get the hard lines from Rockauto but didn’t want to wait. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wouldn’t even mess with it if it’s not leaking there. Pull and maybe replace the lower radiator hose. It may be getting to the point of needing replaced anyway. Those radiator drains are always annoying anyway Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
