Mine does it too. Very annoying at times. Even my 16 year-old daughter noticed it. Never had this problem with 2 different Pathfinders and it's not present in our Highlander. You just aren't going to pick up on issues like this during a test drive. Shame on Toyota for not addressing this yet.

I get 11.7 l/100 km of mainly city driving with some hwy. That translates to just over 20 mpg. If I drove at no more than 60 mph on the hwy I'm sure I could get it higher. This is for the SR5.
