Happens in my '16 LTD if the phone is plugged into the USB charger. Unplug it from the charger and it stops immediately. Does not happen if not plugged in...

2016 here - same issue Got the same damn issue - dealer in Indy blew me off at last oil change. Will be in raising hell before warranty expires, effin $40k for this thing and they can't get the bumper cover right...
