I have a 2011 SR5 with cloth and 3rd row. I doubt they changed it for 2012, so you should be able to find one.

I had the same issue when I looked up one for my 2011. I had to put in 2010 4runner and it worked.

My biggest complaint I have had so far with my 4runner is the front edge of the hood getting all beat up. I read that the bug shields don't really help with the design of the 4runner (you still get your windshield splattered with bugs) so I just wanted something that covered the front edge up...
