Ding ding ding! It was in fact the right. I knew I should have jacked up that side to check when the left felt tight. But I'm going ahead and replacing both just to have them equally fresh.
Woops, not sure how I missed that. Must have skimmed right past it as I was reading on my phone originally. Thanks for the input, I'm going to take a look at the left rear bearing tomorrow after work.
