Thanks! I took the factory running boards off almost immediately after buying my 4runner, but any time a girl gets in -especially when wearing a skirt- they have a hard time; even though it isn't that big at all. So I finally found these; they are Predator brand and came off of a 2012 4Runner...

It did help a little bit with the wind noise, but I definitely need a wind fairing for it. That has dropped my mpg by almost 2mpg on the freeway, and is still pretty loud. So now I have to find a wind fairing, but they are like $50!

Not sure if I am the first... So I just joined the forum, because I think I might have a weekend mod that I haven't seen anyone else do (I went through all 28 pages). I am so sick of having and seeing roof racks/baskets sitting so high up, not to mention the wind noise. So I took off the back...
