Thanks for the input. Swapped out the ACC CUT relay and the radio went off. The multi-info display light and clock still stays on. Any other possible suggestions?

Need some help. My 04 runners radio and a/c control panel won't turn off when I turn off the ignition. I pulled out the key locked the doors no change. I manually turned off the radio but a/c clock, temp panel wont turn off. Any Ideas. Aloha Mark.
