Some underbody shots added below. I made sure to grab one that shows the bit of surface rust starting on some of the running board brackets, but you can see it's not even fully covering it, much less serious structural rust. Also, it's just the running board bracket, so who cares. Frame coating...

I can't see how they're losing 4k on a TE at 35k. Maybe he's comparing to the sticker, which of course is not "losing" anything unless someone else is dumb enough to pay msrp. Since it's a 2016, clearly no one is. The drive home will be a nice way to get acquainted though.
