CV Axles
Like everyone else is suggesting, it's safer to just go ahead and replace the whole axle. With a ripped boot there is all sorts of debris inside now and if it's not all removed it will just cause problems later down the road. If your truck isn't under warranty anymore I'd suggest...
I've got a 1997 4runner and I'm looking to put a 4 in. suspension on. I've run into a problem though, I can't find one. I've been able to find them for 1996 and 1998, but no 97's. Does anyone have a 4 in. on a 1997, is it even possible?
